Thoughts… Is Change Inevitable?

I would say YES, as Charles Darwin rightly said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change”.

One should agree that if we are really smart, we will learn from those who have already had certain experiences and learn to avoid the same mistakes through their testimony.  But unfortunately it just doesn't seem to go that way most of the time. The curiosity in us can get the best of us and we will have to judge best of ourselves, if it will work out for us or not. The why it is said that experience is the best teacher, in fact if you run into a wall for first time, usually try to go a different way the next time and the pain faced in first instance brings the change.
I believe that wisdom shines its light on us when we finally realize that we are not actually the “all-in-all” and that we need to pay attention to others for certain expertise and it is wonderful that we can have such a vast array of talent and intelligence around us.
It’s very important to assure that our business focuses on how we treat and serve our customers.  Working with people is never easy, in any line of business we deal with people and people can be pretty hard to please (maybe best experiences to learn).  It can be daunting to feel that we have to please every single person as this is a near impossible task, but we need to at least show that we genuinely care about them.  When people feel that you care and you give them their deserved attention, they will most likely return again to you in their time of need.
Some settled businesses tend to overlook their tough customers, this important element when dealing with people and adopt the wrong attitude of lose few & gain others.

Anyone don’t like the feeling of being considered NOT important when making any purchasing.  It is more like that if you are treated badly, you will not go back to be mistreated for second time.  It is so important that you make it a point as a business to have a support service that acts as a backup for those who have to deal with people on the front lines day in and day out which is never an easy job.  Support service has to have the best interest of the customer at heart regardless of how difficult they maybe to please in order to assure a return.

If you are planning on beginning any business at all, the most important element you must have is integrity and honesty to make every customer feel as though they are the most important person for your company, because they are important for your success.
10% of conflict is due to difference in opinion and 90% is due to wrong tone of voice. Raise your words, not your voice. The first step to transformation is not to justify your negative emotion, but to take personal responsibility of having created it. When we justify our emotion, we blame others for it. We then expect them to change and do not find the need to change our self.
Sometimes a LIE is the form of TRUTH. - Shastry MVN

To change any habit we need to answer three questions. WHY should I change? HOW do I change? and most important Do I WANT to change? Unless the WANT to change is there, the HOW to change will not get implemented.
If we allow situations to overpower the mind, we start depleting our power. Focus on the solution, rather than thinking about why the problem happened. Think about the solution, not the problem. Till we keep thinking about the problem, we are thinking about the past, which is not in our control and we are wasting time and energy.
Take responsibility and address the NEED. RESPONSIBILITY means the ABILITY to RESPOND the right way in every situation. So the priority list of responsibilities will be SELF. If we take care of our emotional well being we will have good relations and then we perform well.

The Rule of Success is, Sacrifice. - Shastry MVN
