A New Journey Begins…
I am very thankful to my God for all the occurrences in my life, in recent past and looking forward for a beautiful journey ahead.
“ The will of God will never take you, where the grace of God cannot keep you, where the arms of God cannot support you, where the riches of God cannot supply your needs, where the power of God cannot endow you. The will of God will never take you, where the Spirit of God cannot work through you, where the wisdom of God cannot teach you, where the army of God cannot protect you, where the hands of God cannot mold you. The will of God will never take you, where the love of God cannot enfold you, where the mercies of God cannot sustain you, where the peace of God cannot calm your fears, where the authority of God cannot overrule for you. The will of God will never take you, where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears, where the Word of God cannot feed you, where the miracles of God cannot be done for you, where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.
Everything happens for a purpose. We may not see the wisdom of it all now, but trust and believe in the Lord that everything is for the best - Author Unknown”

Happy ??? Unhappy ???
It’s been long time I haven’t posted any article...Yaaaa... too occupied in life.... too many ups and downs on personal front, perhaps that is called “Life”. Most of the times I count myself as dupe, when it comes to personal relations where love, feelings, emotions..etc etc are involved, now it’s been regular thing happening. Every time I wonder why I get deceived so easily in personal relations? Which is not the case in professional front. Possibly because I surrender for anything and everything in personal relations, which I am in thirst off from my early days. I am writing this openly so that I can read, read it daily/as often as possible and try to change the way I behave/take/give in personal relations and will never again face this situation. – I Am Hurt.
While I am trying to overcome this (b’coz I believe that “The man who fights too long against dragons becomes a dragon himself”, and if that is the case....I know I can/will be the worst possible) my parental mom & father have finalized a girl in my life (mixed reactions at this juncture Happy ??? Unhappy ???) and we got engaged last Saturday..i.e. 26 June 2010 and the great occasion in my life is proposed for 13 Aug 2010.
Coming to AIM we are doing great guns as on today, exploring the possibilities of expansion of existing vertical and we are also vigorously looking out for open lands for Joint Ventures “JV’s” to start new vertical “AIM Developers & Builders”, we have already seen few and should shortlist one soon, proposed to start the construction activities by mid/last week of July’10.... hoping for best.
TRUST :: is the most painful thing when it breaks in Relations.... “I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you” - Friedrich Nietzsche.

I've Met Someone This Year Whom I Know I Will Never Forget In Many More Years To Come!!!
March – 2010, one of the most memorable month in my life.... I have met my intimates whom I have never seen or never heard of, from the time I was born on this heavenly earth, Pedda Amma, Pedda Nana, Aanaya, Vadina, Tamudu....(Parental Aunt & Uncle, Elder Brother & Sister-In-law and Younger Brother) etc, suddenly I stated feeling I have MY Family! Rather now I have My Family..... What’s surprising is they are Very Happy and Proud to see me in whatever position I am today, than me?.... Guess what kind of notion they were in about my family before meeting Me!
After meeting them I know the exact meaning of “Down to Earth”, I never ever had good impression on family relations…may be these relations are different from the circumstances what I have comein from, it’s time to change my opinion on family relations. I pity myself for not meeting them for long years passed, wish I would have been what I desired for if I met them when we were in real need of right shelter. These days I started learning something really new unknowingly and I am liking it, NOT to Hurt or Burn Relations.... but I see it as real time challenge, atleast for me who have not been into any family relations till this juncture.
Guess what? Uncle & Aunt are adamant, they want me to settle in personal life ASAP – life partner ....”Looking Forward For New Colors in Life” soon and finally with lot of effort I have booked by “Dream Car”, anticipating that giant to join me by end of this month or first week of April’10.... I love it.... very desperate to ride it.
Someone rightly said.... what were you is not important, what are you is important.

I Trust In GOD!
Wow what a wonderful year this has been so far! Too Fast and Too Good, till now. I all I need to do was “Dare To Dream” and it simply works out. Beauty is everything working out to “MY Satisfaction”… I can’t believe myself that I am an “Entrepreneur” now. Thank You God! For staying with me and driving me for my best.
We (Suryanarayana & I) started a Partnership Company by name “AIM Group” and @ AIM our prime motto is to “Build Relations” as the verticals we have chosen are mostly people centric, hence the slogan “We Build Relations” tagged, company got official registered on 09 Feb 2010. Under the banner of “AIM Group” we wish to expand or run/manage following verticals, which would also help us to maintain precise financial accounts:
AIM Developers & Builders
AIM Distributors
AIM Educational Institutions
AIM Enterprises
AIM Farming & Development
AIM Financial Services
AIM Imports & Exports
I know many of you feel above is unrealistic! As even we felt so initially, however we could convince ourselves saying “Every Drop Makes The Ocean” and we went ahead…. if it’s not in 5-7 years then maybe 7-12 years ;-).
Yet again with great support from my close people (family & friends) we could successfully start the first vertical “AIM Financial Services”… looking forward for more from them. BTW I have decided to be known as “Pandit” in the role what I will be playing in “AIM Group”, since I don’t wish to take advantage of current stage of profile or fame WHICH IS NOT MINE. Somehow I am very fondof this word Pandit… let me see where this drives me too. (hopefully to good!)
Suryanarayana. K – formally known as “Suri Babu” in my circle… we stood-by each other in every thin & thick situations almost from last 15 years.
I Thank You To All Our Well Wishers.

New Year and New Vision
New Year and New Vision…Wow feeling “Super” after getting rid of Contact Lenses & Spectacles, my 6 year of anguish is completely out now. Underwent 100% Blade Free LASIK Laser Treatment on 01 Jan 2010 @ Max Vision, Begumpet. Everything happened so swiftly that I can’t believe that am done now?! Actually I was planning to undergo this treatment almost from past 5 years (I still remember the occasion where I was commented by ex-manager in my previous company, in company tour), finally in 2010. Sometimes it’s good that we are left alone without partying, so that we do important/productivity things. (I was referring to 31st Dec 2009)
All it happened in just 20min, latter the physician over there sentenced me to play blind role for next 2 days…all Black, Black.. NO SMS, Emails, Television…etc etc. I know I might have hurt couple of my friends on great occasion, by not responding to their Calls, SMS’s and followed by my mobiles were off for 3 consecutive days, but it was inevitable… am sure they will standby me, afterall they all are my friends. The day went in same way, latter in the evening Mr. CH. Ajay Kumar (is our close family friend and we know him for last 15 years… we all [my family & extended family] call him Sir and at fun time we call him as Black Fellow) has come to see me.
While I was religiously playing blind role, we went into deep discussions recollecting all the hitches we went through at early stage of our relation almost 13 years back, it was really good feeling to recollect all those hitches and good learning’s from those bad & odd days on 01 Jan 2010 (what a way to begin new year)..... while I agree that today those wounds are already healed, but the instances where our own people have backstabbed which resulted those dire consequences are still so fresh as if we have dealt with them last year. (the pain was of that kind what we went thru)
We stopped at a point where Sir reminded us a stage where we had to light a old candle (with the help of house owners) for whole day for residential usage, as we could not afford to buy matchbox. It was 11.00pm by then and we moved to dinner and followed by bed.
In my opinion every learning learnt from life will have/play a significant role in future…. All learning’s are for GOOD.

My New Year Resolution - 2010
I feel this year (2009) has finished too fast…would like to take some time to reflect on what actually transpired throughout this year, in the beginnig and middle of the year had to face few rough patches on personal front, which made long lasting footprints in my life, those apart, made some significant improvements/changes and few success stories…. firstly stopped consuming Alcohol (6 months now…Wow! thing for sure, atleast for me), started reading Books! (lot of value add), started spending more Time with Family, started Blog (finally, long pending thing), reduced to emphasize My Point of View (interestingly it has proved good for me)…etc (trying to recollect more)
Success stories…first and foremost important, met my Elder Sister after 20 long years (we broke down deeply together, even now I have water in my eyes when I recollect that occasion), New House :-), got in contact with majority of my Schoolmates (thanks to social networking sites, actually now I feel I should have joined much earlier), accomplished 2009 resolution visiting Srisailam monthly once, associated back with my Childhood Friend (we were parted b'coz of some bad clouds, almost 5 years back), Support to Kurnool Flood victims with help of some close associates (we tried doing our best, but we felt it was still less whatever we have done), Losing Weight (yet to reduce more), LKP Team outing (my previous company, was really fun), Back Bone Award for FY10-H1 in MS….last but not least made 2 of my friends settled in Job and 1 in Business…etc…etc. (many etc’s is it?? hard to recollect all naa, wish I was encyclopedia)
What desired and could not be accomplished was, to bring back My Close Pal to Hyd (currently working in Pune from last 2.5 years, missing his presence here badly)……hmmmmmm and My Dream…“Entrepreneur” :-( .
Well having said that, I’ve set “My New Year Resolution - 2010” to accomplish the once which were carry forwarded, as priority… My Close Pal to Hyd and am adamant to become Entrepreneur this year (let’s see what God will say/do)… I’ve narrowed downed some good projects, now all I need to do is to finalize the one which results in making me Good & Successful Entrepreneur and do not have COI with my current profile at MS, also it’s an implied assumption that I will continue learning/doing things from 2009 resolution… and I have set following for 2010:
• Achieve 2010 Resolution.
• Time Management
• Professional Certification – Procurement.
• To avoid dependency as much as possible, could be anything and from anyone.
Wishing You All, Happy & Prosperous 2010.

Entrepreneur (A Dream Which Is Yet to Come True)
Somehow I “love” this word “Entrepreneur”..... Everyone of us know an entrepreneur is a person who has possession of an enterprise, or venture, and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks and the outcome। It is an ambitious leader who combines land, labor, and capital to often create and market new goods or services.
It is when I was in my early 20’s (though I don’t recollect the year exactly) I thought I should become a “Entrepreneur” heading/leading a firm in service industry and building relations (as I consider myself as good executor)… during the course of time the desire has become stronger and stronger and today it’s my vision which has grown up to “Group of Companies”. (though I don’t own a company as on 07th Nov 2009)
I feel what entrepreneurs makes so special is their ability to pursue a passion. Whether that passion revolves around a particular talent of their own or is directed toward improving the quality of life for others, it takes a tremendous amount of courage, confidence, and determination to follow a dream and turn it into a career.
One of the most fascinating entrepreneurial themes is none other than Leadership. Leadership alone can require a combination of all kinds of characteristics, traits, morality, skills and behavior. So what makes an exceptional leader? Is there a style of leadership particularly admire, or aspire too? What type of personality does a good leader require, and do you believe a leader can be taught or is it a natural? These questions keep ponder around…. While I know there is no sure short formula for success and I also consider what works for others may not work for “ME”…. But being flexible and accepting the changes that come along the way you will be showered with criticism, but you must learn to take them in your stride. (was that a gyan? :-), but trust me thinking in those lines make lot of difference for entrepreneurs)
When will I be a Entrepreneur? And in what is my interest area of?.. etc etc in my next blog… as I don’t know myself as on date.
